Testing and evaluation

As soon as we receive your feeders, we carefully inspect them for missing, damaged or otherwise malfunctioning parts. Depending on the model, we test all critical factors, such as tape-guide condition, tape-leaf cover functionality, spring tension, clutch slippage and peel-back force, to make sure every part is working properly and is within factory-specified tolerances.

Cleaning and lubrication

Before we calibrate your feeders, we thoroughly clean and lubricate them, following factory-recommended procedures.

Dynamic feeder calibration

Most standard OEM feeder calibration jigs allow only static calibration. Our skilled, experienced technicians use specially designed jigs that enable us to calibrate your feeders dynamically and perform full functional testing at machine speeds up to 30,000 cph. This ensures that your feeders will perform correctly not just on the test bench, but in actual production.

Service traceability

As a final step, we affix a service confirmation label, signed by the technician, onto each of your feeders. An identifying bar code on the label lets us provide you with full traceability of service details.
