The Unicomp AX7100L X-ray system allows high-resolution inspection and evaluation of the attachment quality of BGAs, CSPs, flip-chips, COBs and QFNs, as well as standard SMDs and through-hole components.
The AX7100L features a high-resolution, dual-mode image intensifier with a 2- to 4-in. FOV, detector resolution of 75/110 lp/cm, 250X magnification and X-ray voltage of 100 KV. Maximum PCB size is 17 x 15 in., with a maximum inspection area of 16 x 15 in.
Unicomp stencil cleaners are solvent-based systems specially designed to remove solder paste and adhesive from SMT stencils and misprinted PCBs. Unlike conventional systems, which are electrically powered, Unicomp cleaners feature safe, all-pneumatic power, eliminating the danger of fire or explosion.
